That October 24, 2024 be designated the 24th annual “Child Care Worker & Early Childhood Educator Appreciation Day” in recognition of the education, dedication and commitment of child care workers to children, their families and quality of life of the community.

A By-law to authorize an agreement between the Corporation of the Town Of Niagara-on-the-Lake and Principles Integrity.

A By-law to authorize a servicing agreement between the Corporation of the Town Of Niagara-on-the-Lake and Brian Kerr, Joan Kerr, and Robert Kerr

A By-law to assume Municipal Services including the acceptance of primary and secondary services in the Settlement Subdivision, Plan 30M−375.

A By-law to designate the property known municipally as, Roselawn, 1413 Lakeshore Road (Plan M11 Lot 190) in The Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, in the province of Ontario, as being of cultural heritage value or interest.

A By-law pursuant to Section 17 of The Ontario Planning Act to amend The Town Of Niagara-on-the-Lake Official Plan.

A By-law to rezone the subject lands to permit a four (4) storey apartment building at a maximum height of 14.0 metres consisting of a maximum of forty-one (41) apartment dwelling units. 

A By-law to rezone the subject lands to permit a 5-room Country Inn on the property within the existing dwelling, with a site-specific provision to recognize the location of the existing dwelling.
