A by-law to amend By-law 5157-19 as amended, being a by-law regulating heavy vehicle traffic on highways under the jurisdiction of the Town of Niagara-On-The-Lake.

By-law 4744D-24 - Administrative Penalties Amendments

A by-law to amend By-Law 4744-14 as amended, being a by-law to establish a system of Administrative Penalties and Administrative Fees and to add the following schedule: Schedule E – Regulating Heavy Motor Vehicle Traffic on Highways under the jurisdiction of the Town Of Niagara-On-The-Lake.

A by-law to amend By-law 4316DM -19, being a by-law to amend By-law 4316-09, as amended, entitled a by-law to regulate the use of land and the character, location and use of buildings and structures thereon.

By-law 2024-024 - Designation By-law 130 Front Street

A by-law to designate the property known municipally as, Kirby House, 130 Front Street (Plan 86 Part Lot 11 Part Lot 12), in the Town of Niagara-On-The-Lake, in the Province of Ontario, as being of cultural heritage value or interest.

By-law 2024-025 - Idling Reduction

A by-law to prohibit unnecessary idling of vehicles within the Town of Niagara-On-The-Lake.

By-law 4588C-24 - Noise By-law - Amendment

A by-law to amend By-Law 4588-12 as amended, being a by-law to prohibit and regulate noise within The Town of Niagara-On-The-Lake; to harmonize the idling provisions within By-Law 4588-12 with those of Idling Reduction By-Law 2024-025;

A by-law to amend By-Law 5334-21, being a by-law to establish an administrative monetary penalty system for non-parking offences.
