The Chair called the meeting to order at 1:02 pm.

Moved by Councillor Burroughs that the agenda be approved as presented.

Moved Rene Brewer that the Short Term Rental Committee Minutes of July 8, 2021 be adopted as presented.

8.1 Finalization of the list of recommendations and report summary being forwarded to Council
Chair Rob Browning ran through the list of recommendations and the draft report, amendments were made throughout.
General discussion ensued.
Moved by Councillor Arsenault that recommendation 9 (b), "Recommend a window decal with Town logo, customer service phone number and operator license number be required. Magnet decal might work well" be approved as written.

Moved by Councillor Arsenault to extend the meeting past the established deadline of 3:00pm, to allow for completion of the agenda.
APPROVED
Moved by Councillor Arsenault that the agreed upon list of recommendations and accompanying report be forwarded to Council for consideration on July 26, 2021.
