1.6 That the owner/applicant install a new septic system on Part 1 in accordance with Ontario Building Code requirements to the satisfaction of the Region of Niagara; and
1.7 That the owner/applicant install a new septic system on Part 5 in accordance with Ontario Building Code requirements to the satisfaction of the Region of Niagara.
